UNDERCOVER X P.A.M. SHIPPING

Please note that the UNDERCOVER X P.A.M. SKULL & HAND LAMP will ship from Hong Kong. This is to provide a smoother & more convenient experience to customers worldwide. Delivery may take slightly longer than usual, however this is unavoidable in the current climate.

All other products (apparel & accessories) will ship from P.A.M. Store Melbourne.

Orders that include products from both locations will arrive as 2 separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for both deliveries.

Example order:

This item will ship from Hong Kong.

• 1 x UNDERCOVER X P.A.M. HOODIE A

These items will ship together from Melbourne.

The UNDERCOVER X P.A.M. SKULL & HAND LAMP will be shipped via SF Express (to Asia) or FedEx (to all other locations).

All SKULL & HAND LAMP returns must be shipped to Hong Kong at the customer’s expense and pass evaluation. Please read & complete the UNDERCOVER X P.A.M. Returns Form before attempting to make a return.
