LEEANN HUANG

Leeann Huang creates vibrant, surreal, textile-led garments from her Los Angeles–based studio. Her work merges traditional craft with experimental materials, resulting in imaginative pieces designed for a vivid, sensorial lifestyle. She is a pioneer in incorporating lenticular textiles into contemporary fashion.

Leeann earned both her BA and MA in Fashion from Central Saint Martins and received the L’Oréal Professionnel Creative Award in 2020 at her London Fashion Week debut. She previously trained at Maison Margiela and Chanel, and later worked as an art director in Los Angeles, collaborating with Disney and Google Quantum AI.

Each piece is thoughtfully developed through a circular design approach, using post-consumer recycled, recyclable, or deadstock materials. The studio primarily works with OEKO-TEX certified materials and manufacturers through small-batch, family-run production, fostering a more sustainable and community-focused model.
