USA Tariffs
Please note that regulations are changing frequently. The following information is intended as a guide only. Check with your local DHL for accurate and up to date information.
New charges for U.S. customers.
Due to new tariffs (import duties and taxes) imposed by the U.S. GOVERNMENT you may be invoiced by DHL for additional import charges after ordering. These charges are in addition to the purchase and shipping costs already paid at checkout.
There is nothing PAM or our customers can do to avoid paying these charges. They consist of import tariffs defined by the US government, plus a processing & brokerage fee charged by DHL.
Do the charges apply to all orders?
Before May 2nd 2025 — All orders with a value of under US$800 will be exempt from the tariffs.
After May 2nd 2025 — Products not made in China will still be exempt. Products made in China will attract tariffs even if the value is under US$800.
How is it paid?
You will be invoiced by DHL once your shipment reaches U.S. customs.
Please note that all funds paid are received by DHL and U.S. Customs – P.A.M. does not receive any funds.
What will it cost?
