TAXES AND DUTIES
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local government. Payment to the relevant authority is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.
Please note that EU customers experience relatively high taxes and duties. Check with your local customs authority prior to shipping if this is a concern.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Perks And Mini of the situation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit for any reason, subject to these terms.
- ONLINE PURCHASES can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
- IN STORE PURCHASES can be returned for exchange or store credit only. No refunds unless an item is faulty.
- SALE ITEMS can not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 DAYS from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted.
- For hygene reasons there are NO RETURNS on EARRINGS, SWIMWEAR, SOCKS or UNDERWEAR unless deemed faulty.
- Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All TAGS must remain attached.
We suggest all online purchases are tried on as soon as received, in case they need to be returned for any reason.
HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING

Online purchases : Include the order number found on your order confirmation or dispatch confirmation emails.
In store purchases : Include your receipt (email/photo/scan) and proof of payment. You can also visit us in store.
WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURN
Please send or drop off returns to one of the locations at the top of this page.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. When cleared you will receive your new item (for exchanges) or store credit / refund (for returns) for the purchase price excluding any original shipping costs.
We only refund initial shipping charges for faulty items. Items exchanged will be shipped at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received, but please allow 5 working days. You will receive email notification of the status of your return or exchange once processed.
Perks And Mini is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
We recommend using a trackable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Confirmation — You should receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after completing checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Processing time — Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and dispatched the same or following business day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that unforeseen delays sometimes occur, however we will always dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Australian orders are shipped by AusPost Express E-Parcel service. Most metropolitan deliveries are received in 1-3 business days, where the order is received before 12pm. For regional deliveries please allow up to 5 business days depending on your location. You can track your parcel with Australia Post.
Please note your delivery may be left unattended if no one is at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Please contact P.A.M. at the time of your purchase should you wish to include specific delivery instructions. You can sometimes change your delivery options on the Australia Post tracking page.
International orders are shipped by DHL & UPS International Express services. Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 2-5 business days from the time of shipment, depending on location. You can track your parcel on the DHL or UPS web sites.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to receive during the delivery window.
Please note that due to UN sanctions, we may not be permitted to ship to the following locations on the Embargoed Countries List: Afghanistan (AF); Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) (CI); Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) (KP); Democratic Republic of the Congo (CD); Eritrea (ER); Iran (IR); Lebanon (LB); Liberia (LR); Libyan Arab Jamahiriya (Libya) (LY); Sudan (SD). Note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency ($AU, AUD). It is possible to see the approximate value of goods in multiple currencies, but you will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Due to occasional stock discrepancies or high order volumes, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.

If you made an error in your delivery address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, Perks And Mini accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
