IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local government.

Please note that EU customers experience relatively high taxes and duties. Check with your local customs authority prior to shipping if this is of concern.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.

CURRENCIES

Note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
It is possible to see the value of goods in different currencies, but you will be charged in Australian Dollars.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 3 business days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received in 1-3 business days, where the order is received between Monday - Friday and prior to midday. For regional deliveries, please allow up to 5 days depending on your location.

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 2-5 business days from the time of shipment, depending on location.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact orders@perksandmini.com.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday - Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post's Express E-Parcel service. Once your parcel has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post web site.

Please note your delivery may be left unattended if no one is at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Please contact P.A.M. at the time of your purchase should you wish to include specific delivery instructions. You can sometimes change your delivery options on the tracking page.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

For shipping outside of Australia, we use DHL and UPS’s international express service. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel on the DHL or UPS web site.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Please note that due to UN sanctions, we may not be permitted to ship to the following locations on the Embargoed Countries List: Afghanistan (AF); Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) (CI); Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) (KP); Democratic Republic of the Congo (CD); Eritrea (ER); Iran (IR); Lebanon (LB); Liberia (LR); Libyan Arab Jamahiriya (Libya) (LY); Sudan (SD). ITEM AVAILABILITY

At times items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual Returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please email orders@perksandmini.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Perks And Mini accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

P.A.M. RETURNS POLICY

You may return or exchange (where available) your Perks And Mini Online Store purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to these terms.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

Sale or discounted items can be returned for shop credit or exchange only, no refunds.

HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING

To return or exchange your purchase for any reason please contact orders@perksandmini.com, including the order number found on your order confirmation / dispatch confirmation.

    Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost if there was any), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

    We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

    Perks And Mini is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
    We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

    SHOES

    Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
