Perks And Mini complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

Remedies will only be provided where an item is proven to be faulty at the time of sale.

 

DEFINITION OF A FAULT

A fault is strictly limited to:

  • A clear manufacturing defect present at the time of purchase (e.g. broken stitching, non-functional zip or button).
  • An item that is materially different from its description.

 

NOT CONSIDERED FAULTS

The following are expressly excluded and do not qualify for any remedy:

  • Change of mind or incorrect sizing.
  • Normal or accelerated wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, steaming, or dry-cleaning.
  • Failure to follow care instructions.
  • Alterations, tailoring, or repairs by the customer or third parties.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or excessive force.
  • Minor irregularities in stitching, dye, texture, weave, weight, or fit.
  • Variations between batches, images, or screen displays.
  • Subjective assessments of fit, comfort, appearance, or quality.

 

INSPECTION & EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • All faulty claims are subject to mandatory assessment.
  • Customers may be required to provide clear photographic evidence before a return is authorised.
  • Items returned without prior approval may be refused.
  • Perks And Mini reserves the sole discretion to determine whether an item is faulty.

 

REMEDIES

Where a minor fault is confirmed, Perks And Mini may choose to repair or replace the item.

A refund or replacement will only be offered where a major fault is confirmed and repair is not reasonable.

 

TIMEFRAME FOR FAULT CLAIMS

Fault claims must be lodged within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Claims made after 30 days will generally be declined unless the customer can demonstrate that:

  • The fault existed at the time of sale, and;
  • The fault could not reasonably have been detected earlier.

 

CONDITION OF RETURN

Returned items must be:

  • Clean and free from odours.
  • In a condition suitable for inspection.
  • Items returned in an unsanitary or excessively worn condition may be refused.

 

SHIPPING & COSTS

Original shipping costs will only be refunded if a fault is confirmed.

Return postage for faulty items will only be reimbursed after assessment and approval.

Items deemed not faulty will be returned to the customer at their expense.
