From opposing sides of the sunrise, but with a shared affinity for constant mutation, George Cox and P.A.M. make an unlikely pair: the P.A.M. Fang Loafer.

Recently celebrating its 20th anniversary, the P.A.M. Fangz Necklace has maintained cult status since the mid ‘00s. Now shifting from throat to foot, engorged Fangz pierce the George Cox classic loafer silhouette, marking further evolution in the innovator’s 75 years of Creeper design.
