This symbol was introduced in 2019 iconography in our collaborative project with Jeremy Deller entitled “Make Archaeology Sexy Again” – inspired by English heritage, the Stone Henge, and the Cerne Abbas Giant (and his phallus). Puerile and provocative, the Phallus Charm perfectly encapsulates the subversive and irreverent attitudes of both HB and Aries.
