@keekee_kud is a force based in Soho, NYC. She’s a music maker, chef, host, DJ, face massage master and author, among other things. She’s underground famous for her cooking skills, and brings a unique and much needed approach to hospitality and food. She shares energy when she shares her food. It’s always positive and her focus is on vegetarian power up cooking.


Today she demonstrates her recipe for Watermelon Pickles, documented by the Iron Chef of cerebral glitch @brainclosed!


[ Ingredients ]
1 cup filleted water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp agave
2 tbsp salt
2 dried peppers, chopped
3 water melon radish, cut into the slice
2 cloves garlic, cut into the thin slice


[ How ]
Place water melon radish and ginger in a jar. In a small bowl combine water, acv, agave, and salt until dissolved. Pour contents over the daikon in the jar, then add sliced garlic and dried pepper. They are ready to eat and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week ;)
